Dear Peter
We needed to sell our investment property in Brisbane. It was a quick decision and needed some fast work by an agent to promote the property. We live in the ACT so nearly all communication was by phone and email. To complicate the situation, we were travelling overseas within a couple of weeks of the property going on the market.
